Can the containers be used for heating?
Use conditions depend on the exact model and material. PET trays and PET lids are intended for cold or room-temperature food and are not intended for microwave use or heating. For PP containers, please confirm model-specific heat or microwave suitability with us before ordering.
Can I reuse the containers?
Our products are designed as disposable foodservice packaging for takeout, catering, prepared meals, and display. For commercial foodservice use, we recommend treating them as single-use packaging unless your local operating rules and the specific product condition allow otherwise.
How secure are the matching lids?
Many models use matching lids for takeaway, display, and order identification. Lid fit and transport performance vary by product structure, food type, and packing method. For sauces, soups, or liquid-heavy dishes, please ask us to recommend a suitable model or sample before bulk ordering.
