Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or personalized orders.

Clearance or promotional items marked as Final Sale.
Return Process

Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the product is damaged or defective.

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Ship the product back in its original packaging with all accessories included.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defect, damage in transit), we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
